We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jcbparts@myyahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important:

Items must be returned in the condition you received them.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

If you need the same item again, we recommend placing a new order after the return is confirmed.
